One membership. Your physician's full attention.
You are not paying per visit. You are paying for the relationship, and everything that relationship makes possible.
Care that starts with actually knowing you!
Every Clarity MD membership starts with a comprehensive annual exam. It is head to toe, it takes as long as it takes, and it covers the things a rushed visit never reaches: your history, your labs, your sleep, your nutrition, your movement, your stress, and what you actually want your health to look like in a year.
You do not leave with a printout and a vague instruction to eat better. You leave with a roadmap that is specific, personal, and realistic for the life you actually have. If you are already walking an hour a day, the plan might be turning twenty minutes of it into strength training. Dr. Donnelly is looking for the smallest change that makes the biggest difference for you, because those are the changes people keep.
Then she follows up, which is the part that is usually missing. How did the change go. Did you schedule the mammogram? Are you feeling better after the antibiotics? From there, visits happen as often as your care requires, whether that is every three months or twice a year.
Want to see whether this is a fit before you commit? Schedule a free meet & greet with Dr. Donnelly.

One simple monthly membership. No per-visit fees.
Families save 10% when 2 or more family members join.
Your membership includes:
-
A thorough, unhurried head-to-toe evaluation with labs and a personalized plan for the year. This is the visit that makes everything else work, because it is where Dr. Donnelly learns your baseline and you leave knowing exactly what you are doing and why.
-
No per-visit fees. You and Dr. Donnelly decide together how often you should be seen, whether that is every three months while you get something under control or twice a year once things are steady. Your schedule is set by your health, not by a billing calendar.
-
When something new comes up, you see your own physician instead of a stranger at an urgent care who is meeting your history for the first time. That continuity is what keeps you out of the rabbit hole of unnecessary tests and referrals.
-
A thorough, unhurried head-to-toe evaluation with labs and a personalized plan for the year. This is where Dr. Donnelly learns your baseline. It is also where you get real answers, so you leave knowing what you are working on and why it matters.
-
Some things do not require you to take time off work and sit in a waiting room. When a visit can be handled by phone or video, it will be. When it truly needs an in-person exam, we will bring you in.
-
Screenings, immunizations, risk assessment, and the follow-through that usually gets lost. Somebody here is keeping track of what you are due for.
-
Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, and the everyday conditions that need consistent attention rather than occasional crisis care. Dr. Donnelly manages them with regular check-ins, clear targets, and adjustments made on your timeline.
-
Your primary care physician is often the first person you tell. Dr. Donnelly is experienced in managing medications for anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and she starts with a real conversation rather than a rushed prescription. When you need a therapist or a psychiatrist, she will help you find the right one.
-
Practical changes for people with real schedules and real jobs. Dr. Donnelly gives you the smallest change that will make the biggest difference, then helps you keep it. Not a program you will quit in March.
-
When you need a specialist, Dr. Donnelly usually has a specific person in mind, chosen from more than a decade of working alongside Scottsdale-area physicians. She sends you with context, and she follows up after you have been seen so nothing falls through the cracks.
-
Members keep their insurance and use it for labs, imaging, prescriptions, and specialty care. When a cash-pay or discounted option may cost less, Dr. Donnelly will point you to it so you can look into it before you commit.
"From the moment you walk into her office, you feel welcome and cared for."
